Who is eligible to enter?

You can enter this promotion if you are a resident of England, Scotland, Wales and Chanel Islands, aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Burton's Biscuits (the 'Promoter'), its agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

How long is the promotional period?

The main promotion opens at 09.00am (UK time) on 01.07.21 and closes for qualifying purchases at 23.59 pm (UK time) on 23.09.21. Purchases must be made and online entries completed within this period.

How do I enter?

To be in with a chance of winning you'll need to find your batch code on promotional packs of Maryland Minis and Jammie Dodgers. You can then enter by visiting www.minisgetmoving.com and filling in the online form providing your details (first name, last name, email address and mobile number) during the main promotional period.

Where will I find my batch code?

This can be found in the best before box and is four digits long.

How will I know if I've won?

You'll receive a text message to the mobile number you provided upon entry within 7 days of your entry date to let you know if you're a major prize winner! You'll also receive a text message to the mobile number you provided up on entry to confirm this and provide you with details of how to claim your prize.

How do I claim my prize?

You'll need to follow the instructions in the text message you receive. This will ask you to email us within 14 days to confirm your personal details, URN featured in your confirmation text message and attach a photograph of your till receipt and promotional packaging. We'll then either email or post your prize, or give you any further instructions to claim it. Please make sure you reply within 14 days, otherwise you may not be able to claim your prize! How many times can I enter?

You can enter one batch code, per person, per day. Only one email and mobile number will be accepted per person. Each entry must have a qualifying purchase and receipt which predates the entry.

How many prizes could I win?

You could win a maximum of one of each type of prize per person.

Can I enter without purchasing Maryland Minis?

No sorry! Purchase is necessary and will need your batch code from pack to enter. Internet access is required to enter.

Why won't my batch code work?

Please double check the code you are entering matches the code on the promotional pack. This can be found in the best before box and is four digits long. In the unlikely event that your code still doesn't work, please contact consumer.services@burtonsbiscuits.com

What constitutes as a receipt?

Because entry requires the purchase of Maryland Minis, you'll need the till receipt you were given when you purchased your pack. This must pre-date your entry and you will be asked to send a photograph to claim your prize.

Which products can I buy in order to be eligible to enter?

You need to buy either Maryland Cookies Minis Choc Chip, Maryland Cookies Minis Double Choc Cookies or Jammie Dodger4s Minis containing the promotional message on-pack.

What could I win?

You could win:

  • A Fitbit Ace 3
  • A £75 Smyths Toys voucher

There are 84 Fitbits, and 50 x £75 vouchers to be won throughout the main promotional period.

If you enter after the close date, you will be in with a chance of winning a Fitbit Ace 3. There are 2 to be won in total.

How will winners be selected?

During the main promotional period, there are 84 x daily prize draws to win a Fitbit Ace 3. A winner will be chosen every day by randomized computer process for all entries received on that day. At the end of the Main Promotional Period, there will be another prize draw on 04.10.21 to win one of 50 x Smyths Toys vouchers. 50 winners will be chosen by randomized computer process from valid entries received in the Main Promotional Period. For the Wrap Up draw, the 2 x winners of the Fitbit Ace 3 will be randomly drawn by computer process first from all entries received during the Main Promotional Period and Wrap Up Draw period. Unwon or unclaimed prizes from the main draw(s) will be randomly drawn next, in order of value highest to lowest.

What do I have to do if I've won?

Winners will receive a text message to the mobile phone number they used on entry with claim instructions. This text will also contain a URN which must be quoted when claiming a prize.

If I win a Fitbit, how will I receive it?

As part of the claim process winners will be asked to provide a postal address, the Fitbit Ace 3 will be posted to this address within 30 days of a valid claim.

If I win a voucher, how will I receive it?

As part of the claim process winners will be asked confirm email address they would like to be sent to. The voucher will be sent to this address within 30 days of a valid claim.

Can I exchange my prize for cash?

Unfortunately not, all prizes are as specified. Please see T&C's for full details of your prize and any restrictions.

I've submitted my receipt for validation, why haven't I heard anything?

Please allow 14 days for validation and confirmation, if you have not received a response in this period please email winner@minisgetmoving.com stating your name, email and URN used to claim.

My prize has arrived wrong/my prize has arrived damaged?

Please contact winner@minisgetmoving.com with your full personal details, URN used to claim and describe the issues with your prize and we will do our best to rectify!

How do I enter if I'm from NI?
Please send your full name, email address and NI postal address in a correctly stamped envelope to: Minis Get Moving, Element London Ltd, 5 Morie Street, London SW18 1SL NI entries must arrive no later than 08.01.2022. Only one entry per correctly stamped envelope allowed and the name, email address and NI address needs to be correct, genuine and clearly legible. Entrants will be then be emailed a batch code for them to enter as per the instructions above. Max 1 entry per person per day across the duration of the Promotion. Strictly one email address per person will be accepted. Bulk entries or entries sent through trade, consumer groups, agents or third parties will not be accepted, and NI addresses may be checked for validation.
How do I claim my voucher code?

All entrants during the Instant Win Main Promotional Period will be eligible to claim a Minis Go Free Activity Voucher. If you have a valid entrant you will be shown a URN on-screen after the point of entry. At this point you will be given the option to choose and claim the voucher instantly by clicking the link and claiming immediately, or requesting the URN be emailed to the address supplied at point of entry.

How do I redeem my voucher?

By entering URN code provided at the voucher claim site. The site will allow you to search for venues and print a voucher for selected venue. Please remember to take the printed voucher with you as well as your promotional packaging and receipt to the centre/ attraction. All activity vouchers are subject to individual terms and conditions which will be detailed on the voucher claim site and the printed voucher. Vouchers are valid until 30th June 2022.
